[Newsip] Recorded calls problem

This is urgent - I *really really* need a copy of the call placed by an
anonymous number to our huntgroup 2116556 and answered by extension
2116557 at 1520 today.

I'm not holding my breath, with other queries going unanswered.... but
it is really important that I get a copy of this call.

Many, many calls are not showing in our recorded calls list.
