I have converted 2 of my own office extensions to
newsip following the flurry of enthusiasm last week, and after problems I had
before. The phones receive most calls on Hunt Groups. These
phones are SNOM 190 and 320.
The Snom 190 seems to behave as it should.
However, the 320 is not behaving as it always did
on lon-pbx-x. On some occasions, it did not ring at all, and the SIP trace
showed nothing coming into the phone. On other occasions, the incoming
ring was delayed by about 2 secs which can be very frustrating when it
frequently then goes to Order # 2 on the Hunt Group.
Any other similar experiences or is this some quirk
that is affecting everybody today?
What my or may not be relevnt is that I have not
put the Hunt Groups onto newsip. Do we need to do that?
