Typically our customer base has prefered email discussion lists to web forumns, but perhaps that is changing.

Whilst writing, a good many fixes/updates are going through on the newsip platform to resolve any rough edges we're getting on Centrex usage (things like cross-calling + transfering between newsip and old-pbx users), so I do continue to appreciate feedback on the user experience.
