Did that problem happen during the last 2 days? If yes, could you provide caller / destination number and approximate time of calls? Please send that information to Gradwell support or email it directly to me. We'll try to find the cause and resolve those problems.
If it's not a recent incident, would it be possible for you to repeat those test calls and let us know shortly after?
Also, please make sure that after moving lon-pbx->newsip or newsip->lon-pbx you're not using snom's old Call log / Call history to dial. Entries in that record are saved with full domain attached. Trying to redial 123456@lon-pbx-5.gradwell.net (for example) through newsip.gradwell.net may cause unexpected results. Removing entries manually or rebooting the phone is enough to fix that.
